KEY TASKS: Ensuring stable operation of Low Code / RPA solutions (BluePrism, Power Automate); Monitoring, planning and coordination of automated process launches; Processing of user requests, incident analysis, formation proposals for improvement;Interaction with business customers to determine needs and prepare proposals for their implementation in IT-Enterprise systems;Preparation of functional specifications for the development and implementation of new solutions;Interaction with external consultants and IT-Enterprise specialists;Preparation of presentation materials regarding implemented or improved solutions.YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience as a business process analyst, service manager, product manager or user support manager from 1 year;
- Understanding the principles of Low Code / No Code automation (RPA, Power Platform);
- Experience with BluePrism, UiPath and/or Power Automate (monitoring, planning, launch);
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose ways of optimization;
- Skills to analyze the results of solutions (logs, reports) and prepare proposals based on data;
- Understanding the processes of ensuring continuous operation of services and working with user requests;
- Ability to clearly formulate requirements, prepare functional specifications and present solutions;
- Ability coordinate interaction between business units, IT teams and external partners;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations in work with users;
- English language level - from B1.
Will be your advantage:
- Experience planning the development of IT services or services;
- Practical experience working with Power BI or other analytical tools;
- Experience with IT-Enterprise or other ERP systems.
