Position Title: Logistics Tracking Associate

Start Date: ASAP

Shift — you can choose any that works better for you!

Day Shift: 14:00—23:00

Night shift: 22:00—07:00

Position Summary:

The Tracking Associate is a key role in the organization whose job is to make sure that all loads in transit are accounted for. The position will be responsible for work with the operations team and drivers to identify possible issues and escalate them.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the tracking team fulfills its goals and all loads are accounted for
• Communicate effectively with the operations team
• Ensure the timely transit of freight
• Identify and escalate issues
• Establish relationships with drivers to receive timely updates
• Other Ad hoc activities

Skills Required:

• Strong English speaking skills (Upper-intermediate/Advanced)
• Being proactive and making sure that goals are met
• Taking responsibility for results and defusing situations
• Ability to learn CRM and other company software
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Being a team player
