Your tasks will be:
- Receive and process incoming calls, provide advice and resolve issues clients
- Help with technical solutions to users' problems when connecting the software
- Registration and processing of incoming correspondence (e-mail, chats, etc.)
- Study of the company's products and services to provide information to customers
What is needed for this:
- Experience of working in the Contact Center - 1 year
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a high level for working with clients
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict situations
- Education not lower than a bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to learn and quickly learn new information
