Hello! Let's get to know each other better. We are Quarks, a Ukrainian company that creates products and technologies in the field of Social Discovery and online dating. We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. We've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology for over 10 years. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All of this is made possible by our collaborators, quarks.

We are currently looking for a Localization Manager who will develop and ensure effective adaptation of our content in international markets.

You will have the following tasks:

• Managing a team of localization specialists, including coordinating the work of 18 specialists on 9 localizations
• Conduct research to understand cultural characteristics and preferences of target markets
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localized content
• Establish and maintain high standards quality assurance for all localized content
• Management of the full localization cycle, including planning, budgeting, control and meeting quality deadlines
• Continuous improvement of localization processes and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Providing recommendations on content adaptation for local audiences

It is important for us:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field positions
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluency in English
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Deep knowledge of localization tools and technologies (such as Crowdin, TMS, CAT tools)
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and the ability to adapt to new priorities
