Local coordinator for the provision of emergency cash assistance in The Right to Protection, CF

GENERAL INFORMATION none"> is a charity focused on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

With the support of the UNHCR, within the framework of the project, the Fund implements the direction of emergency cash assistance for IDPs and is looking for a candidateThe emergency coordinator style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">“BF "Right to Protection"" reports to the Coordinator for Emergency Cash Assistance.

Duties local coordinator for providing emergency cash assistanceprovide information processing and general support for the activities of the BF "Right to Defense" at the regional level in particular, but not limited tonext:

• Coordination of emergency cash assistance projects in the area under the coordinator;

• Organization of the work of the project, quantitative and qualitative indicators. within the defined area in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the project;

• Coordinating the activities of regional teams, ensuring the proper and timely execution of the tasks set by the coordinator, formulating and explaining tasks and deadlines to employees. Determining the scope of those responsible for specific tasks;

• Ensuring the proper maintenance of the database in accordance with existing instructions and quality control of database filling by regional teams;

• Collection and storage of the results of regional teams;
• Collection of financial documentation (invoices, etc.) of the team and its submission for reimbursement of expenses, in accordance with the procedures of the BF "Right to Defense" and within the specified time limits;  400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Continuous communication with the coordinator on the provision of emergency cash assistance;

• Ensuring regional team employees' understanding and implementation of the Code of Conduct and other internal policies of BF "Right to Protection";

• Preference is given to candidates who have their own car.

Required skills/qualifications

• Higher education; 

• Understanding the local context of internal displacement;

• Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;

• Experience in organizing team work;

• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Good communication skills; self-presentation skills;

• Tolerance; ability to create and maintain a friendly working atmosphere;

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage;

• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;

• Ability to work closely with team members;

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Self-motivation, etcinitiative, flexibility.
