Local coordinator in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

A critically important organization - the charitable foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" works along the entire front line. In connection with the cancellation of the branch in the city of Dnipro, we are looking for a Local Coordinator who will help us implement our activities in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

We implement humanitarian projects in the regions that need support the most. If you have experience in implementing humanitarian projects, a desire to influence people's lives, work with international partners and implement initiatives that really change the country - join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of project implementation charitable foundation in the designated territory.
• Organization and support of the work of mobile teams, specialists and volunteers.
• Interaction with local authorities, communities, partners and contractors.
• Planning and coordination of schedules of visits, events and activities.
• Monitoring the needs of beneficiaries and collecting relevant information from locations.
• Control of compliance with standards and procedures and the policy of the fund during the implementation of activities.
• Providing logistical support for teams (locations, transport, resources).
• Preparation of regular reports, photo and text materials on the work performed.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Complete higher education (social, humanitarian, managerial or related);
• Availability of own car.
• Understanding the principles of charitable foundations and humanitarian organizations.
• Understanding the project management cycle (PCM)
• Experience in humanitarian organizations.
• Ability to organize work processes, plan and coordinate the activities of teams.
• High communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Proactivity, initiative, independence in solving work issues
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and preferably English (Intermediate level and above for communication with international partners);
• Resistance to stress, creativity, attentiveness, responsibility, teamwork, desire for development.
• Ability to work in conditions of constant change and anti-crisis mode, high stress resistance
