Delivery coordinator\Jira Assistant in NDA Recruitment

The NDA Recruitment team is looking for a proactive candidate to fill the role of product team coordinator. You will be able to work on Embedded solutions and, in cooperation with the Delivery Manager, bring the product to mass production.
You will be able to coordinate the work of teams and in the future deal with the full process of the product life cycle. 

Responsibilities:

• Working with assigned tasks for cross-functional teams in Jira: creation, review, support.
• Formation of Jira tickets, taking into account changes in TK and communication within the team
• Status tracking and monitoring deadlines, updating priorities and working with blockers
• Reporting based on task statuses
• Planning of meetings and gathering assessments
• Maintaining documentation (Confluence/Google Docs)
• Performing small operational tasks (coordination of deliveries, transfer of components, inventory).

Requirements:

• From 1 year of experience with Jira (tasks, boards, filters, basic automation)
• Basic knowledge of circuitry and hardware development
• Coordination/PM assistance experience from 1
• Structured, proactive, attention to detail and multitasking (ability to quickly close small tasks)
• Understanding the principles of working with documentation
• Willingness to learn in a hardware environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/Confluence.

Will be a plus:

• Commercial experience in Embedded solutions and in project management
• Knowledge of the main trends in miltech, defense, manufacturing or hardware product development.
• Technical education (engineering, embedded, electronics, automation).
• Understanding the principles of building delivery processes and integration of team performance systems
