The Shchedryk Charitable Foundation is recruiting for the position of Livelihood Officer. We are looking for a responsible and proactive specialist who will support the implementation of programs to restore livelihoods, economic sustainability and employment of the population in communities

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in charity, social, humanitarian or agricultural field will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs.
• Attention to details, responsibility, communication skills.
• Experience in conducting trainings or educational sessions will be an advantage.
• Readiness for frequent visits to communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination and support of livelihood restoration programs (grants, business support, training, retraining).
• Conducting needs assessments, verification of participants, monitoring and field visits.
• Preparation of documentation, reports, lists of participants; maintenance of databases.
• Consultative support of participants regarding the conditions of the program.
• Development and implementation of trainings on agrarian topics for beneficiaries.
• Interaction with communities, partners and the team of the Shchedryk organization.
• Observance of humanitarian standards (Protection, Safeguarding).
