Linkbuilder/Outreach specialist in Digital Staff

Looking for a candidate for the #1 international medical tourism platform that helps patients from all over the world find the best clinics and doctors.

We are scaling the SEO direction and are looking for a Middle/Senior Link Building Specialist to help grow organic traffic, build a strong backlink profile and increase the visibility of Bookimed in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).

What will your working day look like? You will:

Search and analysis

• Search for quality websites, blogs, online platforms using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Analyze and select the found sites according to parameters: traffic, Domain Rating, topical relevance, E-E-A-T signals
• Identify link opportunities: guest posting sites, medical directories, health publications, partnership opportunities
• Research competitors - where they have backlinks and how we can get similar ones

Outreach and communication

• Find contacts of responsible persons (editors, site owners, journalists, bloggers) via LinkedIn, Hunter.io, manual research
• Write them personalized "cold" letters with an offer of cooperation (guest posts, expert quotes, partnerships, resource mentions)
• Conduct correspondence via Email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other channels
partners (healthcare blogs, medical associations, travel platforms)
• Build long-term relationships with editors and site owners
• Work with HARO/Connelly - provide expert comments for journalists
• Coordinate with the content team to create linkable assets (research, guides, infographics)

Tracking & Optimization

• Work with rejections and optimize outreach strategies to achieve KPI
• Tracking results: monitoring received links
• Analyze response rates and success rates of various outreach tactics
• Attend team meetings with SEO/Marketing teams for alignment
• Independently engage in the search for new strategies outreach and opportunities to realize goals

Our ideal candidate has:
- English - B2+ (negotiations, written communication)
-2+ years of experience in link building / digital PR / B2B outreach
- Understanding how links affect SEO and organic traffic
- Willingness for daily outreach work
- Ability to work with refusals and objections
- Self-organization and focus on the result
- Understanding the principle of quality > quantity in link building

Will be a plus:
-Experience or interest in healthcare / medical topics
- Knowledge of E-E-A-T for YMYL sites
- Understanding of SEO metrics (DR, traffic, SERP positions)
- Experience with BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io or CRM/outreach platforms
