Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of IT management from 5 years in structural companies with a headcount of 300 or more employees.
• Deep understanding of the architecture of corporate systems, networks, servers.
• Practical experience with Linux/Windows Server, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox).
• Deep understanding of cyber security, backup, IAM, rights management access.
• Experience in implementing ERP/CRM platforms, databases, API integrations.
• Experience in building processes, planning and building a team according to the strategic goals of the company
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, responsibility, ability to make decisions.

Main duties

• Audit, improvement plan and implementation of the company's IT strategy in accordance with development goals.
• Manage a team of specialists - system administrators, technical support.
• Communication with contractors and .
• Organize stable work servers, network, cloud solutions.
• Build a technical support process (Helpdesk, SLA control).
• Implement ERP/CRM systems.
• Control purchases, licenses, costs and plan the budget of the IT department.
• Audit of existing systems, process optimization, equipment modernization.
• Cooperation with integrators, suppliers, contractors.
• Preparation of reports and analytics for management.

A separate area that needs special attention.
We expect the head of the IT department to build a clear information security system.

This includes:

• Implementation of security policies (passwords, MFA, access, backup).
• Protection of corporate data and cloud services.
• Control over the secure use of devices and networks.
• System debugging monitoring, logs, event logging.
• Response to incidents, cyber hygiene staff training.
• Preparation of the company for compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
