What we expect from you:

1. Ability to work with a large amount of information.
2. Logical thinking: skills in breaking down large tasks into small ones and structuring information.
3. Knowledge of the English language from the Intermediate/B1 level.
4. Basic skills in working with Google Sheets/Excel, mail.
5. Ability negotiate and find the most profitable solutions for both the client and the department.

Your functional responsibilities:

1. Execution of orders for placing articles and receiving links.
2. Setting tasks copywriting department for writing articles; checking of finished materials for compliance with the technical specifications and posting conditions.
3. Checks for compliance of ready-made links.
4. Payment for posting of links. Communication with the accounting department regarding the proper preparation of invoices and the fulfillment of payment requests.
5. Maintenance of financial reporting on the work performed.
6. Control over compliance with external budgets and compliance with the agreed terms of cooperation on the part of webmasters.
7. Optionally, search and replenish the database with new sites for the regions of the UA, USA, UK and elsewhere of the world.
8. Analysis of references for compliance with requirements. Selection of replacement sites that could not fulfill the order.
9. Analysis of the results of own work both from the technical side and from the qualitative side.
