Copywriter in SmartTender

SmartTender is a Ukrainian product B2B IT company with an ecosystem of solutions for public and commercial procurement, electronic document management and process automation. We develop an e-bidding platform and tools that help suppliers and customers work faster, more accurately and with less risk of errors - in particular with analytics and AI functions (verification of tender documents, procurement search and selection, analytical modules, etc.).

Our team is more than 120 professionals in more than 10 teams, and we continue to scale products and marketing. Among the clients: GlobalLogic, Epicenter, EVA, Comfy, UKRSIBBANK, YASNO, WOG, Ukrposhta, Ukrzaliznytsia, Energoatom, Kovalska, Ukroboronprom and others.

We are looking for a copywriter who will expert content and product writingthat actually works: builds brand trust, explains complex things simply, and supports B2B marketing/sales.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Write articles for the blog: analytical and expert materials, news, columns, guides and answers to frequently asked questions. Prepare texts for social media.
• Write materials for search promotion according to the technical task.
• Create instructions and help materials for products, including explaining complex topics in simple language.
• Prepare materials for publications in the media and for partners: articles, guest posts and other texts in the format "problem - solution - result", with figures, examples, cases and facts.
• Participate in the preparation of cases, interviews and customer stories: collect facts, prepare questions, write text and accompany the agreement.
• Prepare content for mailings, landing pages and webinars in cooperation with the email marketing, social media and design team.
• Write texts for landing pages, product pages, banners, presentations and short presentation materials.
• Together with the marketing team, plan content, approve materials and maintain task statuses.
• Work with editorial edits, check facts and use primary sources (regulations, official pages, legal regulations) within tasks.

Our expectations:

• 2+ years of experience as a copywriter/content writer (B2B will be a big plus).
• Competent Ukrainian language: grammar, stylistics, clarity wording.
• The ability to write structured.
• The ability to understand a complex topic and highlight the main pointsfrom distortion of meaning.
• Understanding the basic principles of SEO content.
• Discipline for deadlines, self-organization, attention to details.
• Willingness to work with a team: marketing, design, SMM, email, product, sales.
• Portfolio (texts, references to published materials).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience/interest in: procurement, Prozorro, GovTech, legal/regulatory, B2B-SaaS.
• Experience writing cases, interviews and figures/facts.
• Education in journalism, marketing or related fields.
• Skills work with modern AI tools to optimize efforts and improve texts.
• EnglishIntermediate+.
• UX-writing skills or experience with product texts.
