Line administrator of technical support in Vodafone Riteyl

We invite a Line administrator of technical support for the implementation of the company's tasks and mutual development.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for users, support for workstations on the Windows 10/11 OS
• Configuration, assembly, repair, delivery of PCs
• Setting up and connecting printers, scanners
• Assisting employees in solving any technical difficulties with equipment and software
• Assisting in drafting technical instructions use of software and equipment
• Remote technical support of users

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year will be an advantage
• Working with MS Power Shell command lines, CMD
• Knowledge of the principles of building a local network TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 knowledge of office packages MS Office 2016/2019
• Experience in setting up and maintaining Wi-Fi equipment
• Skills in working with problem customers and excellent communication skills
• Experience with AD Users and Computers will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop in IT
