My name is Ilya and I am the founder and CEO of Comeback Mobility. In 2019, in a professional fight in Thailand, I was injured and underwent surgery. Postoperative rehabilitation was not easy, so I came up with the idea of ​​a gadget that will speed up rehabilitation time and help patients avoid postoperative complications.

From 2020 to today, Comeback Mobility has already received 3 patents in the USA, FDA, HIPPA certification, arrested 3 clinical research in partnership with the best US hospitals that have proven that our device works accurately and is easy for users to use

We are currently starting large clinical trials in Ukraine to evaluate statistically significant improvements in clinical protocols for postoperative care.

Who are we looking for?

A person with 1/2 years of experience in operational processes (for example, you organized the process of delivery by couriers or worked in advertising and organized the filming process or created the work flow of the support team, etc.)

It is important for us that you were responsible, proactive, ready for multifaceted tasks and possessed English B2+ and basic tools (Notion, Google Sheets & Docs, Calendar)

Experience in the medical field will be a plus.

What will you do with us?

You will carry out research on a topic given by us (for example, the cost of postoperative complications for hip bones)

You will create / optimize the flow of work with patients, doctors during critical studies

You will help with the search for subscriptions, tools we need

You will maintain part of our documentation (e.g. signing an NDA)

You will test the product or meet with one of the doctors/patients (for if necessary)

You will help with logistics (for example, the transfer of our gadgets to European countries/ USA)

Growth. You will work directly with C level management and we are ready to share strategic tasks with you in the future.

Network. We work closely with US hospitals and scientists, we passed the Techstars accelerator, if you speak English fluently, you can improve your communication circle with us.

Work that brings value. Up to 30% of people who have undergone surgery on the lower extremities face a complication (for example, their bone does not grow or the fixator breaks and there is a need for a repeat operation), we have developed a new protocol that will help patients avoid these complications and you will become part of the team that makes this the new protocol is a reality
