Licensing Manager (Software Asset Manager) in Ukrayinskiy procesingoviy centr

Responsibilities:

• Administration and control of software licenses (Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, and others).
• Ensuring compliance of the use of software with the license policies of vendors (license compliance).
• Maintenance of the register of licenses, subscriptions and IT contracts.
• Control of the validity periods of licenses and subscriptions.
• Analysis of licensing conditions outsourcing software.
• Work with contracts and internal regulatory documents in terms of licensing.
• Control of open source component licenses (GitHub, GitLab, Sonatype Nexus Repository).
• Automation of tasks and preparation of reports.
• Performance of routine tasks of registration and control of IT contracts / licenses / subscriptions.
   

Candidate requirements:

• Higher IT education (Master’s).
• Work experience of at least 3 years.
• English language — Intermediate level (for communication with foreigners).
• Good knowledge of licensing policies of Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe.
• Understanding outsourcing software licensing.
• Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Sonatype Nexus Repository (license control).
• Skills for working with contracts and internal regulatory documents.
• Ability to automate tasks and reports.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks.
• Developed communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid work format (office + remote).
