Necessary skills and experience:

• Linux administration experience (Oracle Linux 7/8/9, CentOS 6/7/8/9, Ubuntu)
• Practical knowledge level not lower than CCNP (certification will be an advantage).
• Experience in supporting corporate or operator networks. ?
• Working with a production environment
• Understanding systemd, services and logs
• Managing packages (yum/dnf/apt)
• Working with users, access rights, sudo
• Basic understanding of OS security and hardening
• Bash scripts for automation
• Understanding backup / restore
• Configuration experience style="font-weight: 700">load balancing at the OS level
• Practical experience with HAProxy and/or Nginx (reverse proxy, balancing)
• Additional skills (will be an advantage):
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix or similar).
• Basic automation skills (Python, Ansible). ?

What tasks await you:

• Administration and support of Linux servers
• Configuration and support of Cisco, HPE routers and switches.
• Working with VLANs, routing (OSPF, BGP).
• Understanding the principles of network security.
• Configuration and support of firewalls FortiGate.
• Creation of access rules, VPN, basic security settings. ?
