We invite a Legal consultant to the development company

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• full support of projects in the field of construction (new construction, reconstruction): legal support for obtaining MOU, TU, approvals, conclusions, construction permits; work with the EDESS; drawing up various types of contracts (design, subcontracting, general contracting, copyright and technical supervision, delivery, inspection, technical support, etc.); 
• registration of property rights
• support of land issues (allocation of land plots for lease and ownership, sublease, change of purpose, establishment of boundaries, division, unification, easements, etc.): preparation and submission of relevant documents
• drafting, approval of various legal documents (official letters, requests, responses to requests, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:

• higher legal education
• experience in construction
• deep knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate, construction, urban planning and land relations, civil and commercial law
• willingness to work in the office (not remote work)
• systematic approach to solving issues, responsibility, independence
• perseverance in achieving the set goal, initiative
