We are looking for a People Partner who will take on a key role in ensuring a high level of engagement and stability of our company's team. Your goal is to build transparent and trusting relationships between the team and the business, which directly affects the productivity and sustainability of the company.

This is a role for an empathetic and systems professional who understands that the legal and physical security of employees (including booking and protection) must be combined with quality support at all stages of the life cycle in the company. You will become a mediator, mood analyst and ambassador of our corporate culture.

Your key tasks:

  • Adaptation management: full support of Onboarding processes, conducting Welcome-day and control of the trial period (advisory and psychological support);
  • Retention management: conducting regular 1:1 meetings, identifying risk areas and developing strategies for retaining key professionals;
  • Analytics and monitoring: systematic feedback collection, conducting satisfaction surveys (eNPS) and in-depth analysis of the reasons for staff turnover;
  • Development of corporate culture: initiating and implementing projects that strengthen team unity and commitment to the company's mission;
  • HR administration: keeping reports and databases on adaptation, meeting statistics and Offboarding processes;
  • Internal communications: supporting the company's unified information field and creating content for corporate channels.

Competencies and expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience: having successful cases in the position of People Partner or HR Generalist in structured companies.
  • Professional skills: confident mastery of 1:1 methodology, conducting in-depth interviews and working with HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, adaptation periods).
  • EQ and mediation: high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to constructively resolve conflict situations.
  • Analytical thinking: the ability to transform subjective employee feedback into concrete data and suggestions for business improvement.
  • Technical stack: confident working with Google Workspace and task managers.
