Role Purpose

Create quality methodology and educational products based on introductions from CEOs, applying adult learning methods, game mechanics and modern EdTech approaches.

Your tasks

You will:

• Develop the structure of courses and the logical sequence of educational products.
  
  

• Pplan content taking into account UX, psychology of motivation and marketing.
  
  

• Create tasks, exercises and practices for participants.
  
  

• Develop content: scenarios, lessons, module plans, tests, game mechanics, etc.
  
  

• Embed elements of gamification to increase passability to 85-90%.
  
  

• Seek expertise and simplify it into an understandable learning experience.
  
  

• Form educational strategies: learning goals, module logic, progress assessment systems.
  
  

• Coordinate the creation of content - from the plan to the final release.
  
  

• Work with different learning formats: micro lessons, chatbots, recording lessons, guides, etc.
  
  

• Follow EdTech trends, microlearning approaches.
  
In the future, interact with the platform's developers. none">
