Position functions:

• Determination of training and development needs of employees
• Organization and development of training projects, launch of new training programs (soft & hard skills) for internal and external audiences
• Organization of the process of technical certification of employees
• Creation of a knowledge sharing system (identification of relevant topics, search for trainers, methodical assistance with content development, filling the knowledge base with educational material , etc.)
• Creation of career maps and learning paths (creation of a matrix of roles, development of road maps)
• Participation in the construction of an IT Academy
• Organization of internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs
• Participation in other projects (English language courses, leadership programs, employee evaluation, personnel reserve, etc.)

Necessary skills (hard skills):

• Evidence of work in an L&D position from 3 years
• Experience in creating and L&D project management with 0
• Market knowledge of local and international suppliers of training programs, courses and speakers
• Experience in planning and organizing the employee certification process
• Development and organization skills training events of various formats and scales (trainings, workshops, conferences, webinars, hackathons, e-courses, etc.) online/offline
• Knowledge of the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of training
• Skills of building and managing a career map & competence matrix
• Experience in creating educational content from 0 (trainings, e-courses, guides, checklists, presentations, newsletters, feedback questionnaires, etc.)
• Research skills from various sources, search for new solutions, processing and analysis of information (example: analyze the market of trainers, their programs, prescribe selection criteria and choose the best)
• Experience in developing and implementing internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions by institutions
• Experience in implementing mentoring/mentoring programs
• Experience in creating a knowledge base
• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in IT and knowledge of IT technologies
• Experience in developing and organizing training programs for externaland internal audience (IT training)
• Experience with LMS systems
• English - Upper Intermediate
