To expand the team, we are looking for a System Analyst.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Ensure team activities for product implementation
• Align business goals for the team
• Communicate the vision, goals and expectations of the organization to the team
• Evaluate the team's ability to achieve development results
• Help the team solve problems
• Provide a path for escalation of problems, that the team cannot solve on its own
• Look for technology reuse opportunities
• Help define the product vision
• Manage the product backlog

Required skills:

• From 3 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst or project manager
• Experience working in a team using Agile /Lean approaches (in particular Scrum, Kanban)
• Deep understanding of software development principles, SDLC and digital product creation
• Experience in backlog management, roadmap, work planning and prioritization
• Experience using task tracking and requirements documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong task management skills (planning, distribution, performance monitoring, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build relations with clients and management of the organization
• Experience in investigation, analysisand documentation of development requirements
• English - upper intermediate
