Leading specialist of the Supplier Risk Management center in Logos Personal

For our client - UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, one of the largest universal banks of Ukraine, we are looking for a specialist for the position of Leading specialist of the Supplier Risk Management Center.

Future tasks:

• support of procurement operations: maintenance of procurement databases, distribution of procurement applications, ensuring the competitive selection of suppliers, support of procurement systems and tools, analysis and preparation of reports, provision of necessary analytical information for decision-making;
• development and implementation of procurement process optimization technologies;
• participation in projects aimed at improving procurement processes, as well as improvement / modernization of procurement functions;
• construction of new processes and development regulatory documents;
• maintenance of the Supplier Database and supplier risk assessment methodology;
• implementation and assessment of 360 suppliers of the Bank;
• ensuring the initial and repeated identification and verification of the Bank’s suppliers: tracking of companies that are subject to inspection, initiation of inspection with the participation of other structural divisions of the Bank, maintenance of inspection status database, etc.
• administration of electronic systems procurement, timely modernization of system functions in accordance with the rules of conducting procurement activities, consulting in the selection of strategies for conducting contests / tenders;
• consulting other divisions of the bank on the processes and procedures of procurement activities;
• supporting the change management process and carrying out official communication of the Office;

This job was created for you if you have:

• Higher education.
• work experience: from 3 years
• knowledge of standard programs MS Office and ABS "SAP for banking";
• knowledge of the English language Upper-Intermediate (B2)
