Main responsibilities:
- Control of the availability of primary documentation.
- Maintenance of primary accounting (income/expense invoices).
- Timely display of goods movement and control of product balances. Observance of order of write-off of goods.Checking of primary documentation by counterparties.Control of receipt of funds from buyers.Preparation of documents for writing off fuel and lubricants.Accounting of operations with demonstration samples of goods.
- Control over the correctness of operations under the PRRO.
- Issue and registration of tax invoices.
Requirements:Experience as an accountant (will be an advantage).Experience in the VAS and SAP accounting system (will be an advantage).Advanced PC user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Smartsheet).
