The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Now we are looking for a Leading specialist of the information and communication system administration department,who seeks to apply his experience to strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

Possible duties:

1. Collect, check and enter data into the SAP information and communication system (logistics and contract circuits).
2. Ensure the completeness, relevance and correctness of data in the SAP system at all stages of processes.
3. Interact with logistics, contracting, finance and other teams to clarify and reconcile data.
4. Identify errors, inaccuracies or gaps in data and initiate their correction.
5. Work with primary documents and information sources necessary for filling the system.
6. Participate in the implementation and improvement of data processing processes in SAP.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Experience of 2 yearswith information systems (ERP, accounting or analytical systems)
2. Experience working with large volumes of data, documents, registers is desirable.
3. Experience with SAP would be an advantage but not required subject to willingness to learn.
4. Systematic, organized, ability to follow processes.
5. Attention to detail and responsibility for the result.
6. Analytical thinking, ability to work with information.
7. Understanding of basic logistics and/or contract processes.
8. Skills of working with tables (Excel / Google Sheets).
9. Basic understanding of accounting principles and structured data, understanding of the role of information systems in process management.
10. Zero tolerance for corruption.
