We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain a complex Salesforce landscape supporting business-critical processes. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and continuously optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Implement custom business logic using Apex, Flows, Formulas, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build, customize, and maintain components, APIs, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Support and monitor integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver business-oriented solutions.
- Provide 3rd-level Salesforce support, including incident analysis and resolution.
- Work closely with adjacent IT departments and external service providers.
- Support and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Challenges You May Encounter

Onboarding & Adaptation Plan (First 3 Months and Beyond)
During the initial phase, you are expected to:
- Become familiar with IT-maintained systems, their purpose, and key contact persons.
- Gain a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly those within the Salesforce solution scope.
- Support the transition and stabilization of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Take ownership of a defined area of 3rd-level Salesforce support.
- Gradually assume responsibility for a specific area of solution development.

- Strong background in Salesforce development and customization, including:

- Flows & Formulas
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Ability to monitor integrations and ensure data consistency and quality.
- Ideally experienced with Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant Salesforce or technical certifications are a strong plus.
