Functional duties:
Perform:
- contractual work based on the results of procurement procedures for the purchase of goods and materials;
- preparation of draft contracts (including international contracts);
- preparation of standard contract forms and instructions for filling in standard conditions;
- preparation of annexes to the draft contract (specifications, schedules, protocols, calendar plans, tasks, orders, technical and quality characteristics, etc.);
- processing of documents of the winning participant in procurement, conclusion of contracts in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine and regulatory documents of the company;
- analysis of the application of measures of operational influence under the terms of concluded contracts
Ensure approval of draft contracts in the order established by the company's regulatory documents;
Communicate with the winning participant on matters related to the conclusion of contracts and/or the processing of documents of the winning participant.
Necessary skills and knowledge:
- Higher education in the field of legal training, work experience in the preparation and signing of contracts from 2 years;
- Knowledge of customs, financial, civil, tax, economic legislation of Ukraine;
- Knowledge of procurement legislation, accounting in terms of primary financial operations;
- Experienced userMicrosoft Office, user of the software complex SAP ERP / SAP 4/ inherit">HANA ;
- Experience in preparing analytical reports;
- inherit">High customer orientation, excellent business correspondence and communication skills, high level of ethics.
