Vacancy:HR Business Partner (HR BUSINESS PARTNER)

Main duties:

• Coordination of operational HR processes during horizontal integration of businesses< /li>
• Ensuring effective and systematic personnel management
• Participation in company projects
• Analysis of employee performance
• Preparation of reports for the head office
• Initiation, development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Administration, organizational issues, work with reports
• Providing advice to employees and company management
• Development of motivational measures for improvement personnel productivity
• Building strong cross-functional relationships, cooperation with different departments

Requirements:

• Experience in a relevant position of 3 years or more within an international company with production facilities
• Experience in HR business process integration projects, participation in M&A will be a strong advantage
• Management experience will be useful
• Understanding all HR functions and personnel management
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation is a strong plus
• Excellent PC skills
< li style="font-weight: bold">English B2-C1 (working with expats)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills at different levels
• Team player, responsibility
• Proactive life position and expressed empathy
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine to production enterprises (if necessary)
