We are therefore looking for a leading training and development specialist who will transform knowledge and experience into effective training programs. text-decoration: none">Your key responsibilities

  • Cooperation with internal customers: clarification of requests, formation of goals, launch of training programs and evaluation of results.

  • Development of training programs (soft & hard skills) and selection of external providers and experts.

  • Methodological preparation of materials of various complexity and adaptation of programs for online, offline and e-learning formats.

    • metrics and forming recommendations for program improvement.

It is important for us

  • Higher education (economic/business/psychological/pedagogical); "Business Trainer", "Facilitation", "Coaching" or "Design Thinking" certification is an advantage.

  • From 3 years of experience in L&D (manager, business trainer, methodologist).

  • Knowledge of methods of teaching adults, facilitation, learning design.

  • Analytical and systemic thinking, communication skills, ability to work with several projects at the same time.
