Your main tasks will be:

• forming and implementing a holistic approach to well-being in the company;

• planning the annual calendar of programs, events and activities well-being;

• organization of educational lectures, webinars and preparation of materials on mental health topics;

• coordination of interaction with internal and external psychologistswithin the framework of corporate initiatives;

• conducting surveys, pulse screenings and analysis of the results obtained;
  development of a culture of care, support and safe help seeking;

• development, launch and support of physical, mental and social well-being programs;

• development of internal communities, organization of events, challenges and educational formats;

• interaction with contractors and cross-functional teams;

• communication support of welfare programs;

• creation of clear explanatory materials regarding well-being programs;

• participation in the development of communication campaigns and content plans;

• adaptation of complex mental health topics into simple and accessible language;

• tracking the level of participation, coverage and involvement of employees in programs;

• preparation of regular analytics and reporting for HR and management;

• development of solutions and recommendations to strengthen the culture of well-being in the company.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• practical experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• experience in ERP systems;
• it will be an advantage — experience in financial institutions or banks in the relevant direction from 3 years;
• ability to work with large volumes of information;
• ordered documents, namely available military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired) and others.
