Verification of documentation, logical matrices and activity plans.Control of the timeliness and quality of reporting by centers.Preparation of analytical materials and conclusions.Solving administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures and regulations.Effective work with finance, logistics and related departments.Conducting training for staff of centers.Preliminary collection and analysis of data on possible locations of centers in different regions. Participation in the selection of premises for the centers.Control over the implementation of the center project timelines. Assistance of the staff of the centers in finding partners at the local level. Participation in writing local development strategies, strategies for strengthening the capacity of centers. Control of drafting and execution of content plans and event calendars. Assistance in the development of tender documentation and general control of the procurement process.
