Main tasks:

• Ensuring socio-ecological support of construction and reconstruction projects in accordance with the social standards of international investors.

• Participation in the development, review and updating of internal policies, regulations and guiding documents in the field of sustainable development and ESG.

• Implementation of measures aimed at reducing negative impact of the company's activities on the social environment.

• Participation in the implementation and development of mechanisms of interaction with key stakeholders in the field of sustainable development.

• Implementation of corporate initiatives and projects on sustainable development.

Our expectations:

• Fully higher education (management, technical, economic or humanitarian); additional education in the field of sustainable development or ESG is an advantage.

• Experience in the field of sustainable development - about 1 year.

• Practical experience in implementing sustainable development initiatives or projects.

• Experience in social management and reducing social impact during the implementation of reconstruction or construction projects.

• Experience in conducting social and environmental monitoring in accordance with international requirements investors (IBRD, EBRD, KfW).

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of sustainable development and ESG.

• Understanding of international social standards (ESRS, EBRD, IBRD, KfW, EIB standards).

• English language level — Pre-Intermediate (A2 or higher).

• Confident, advanced user of Microsoft Office.

• Key competencies: systematicity, ability to work with stakeholders, results orientation, initiative, proactive position.

• Readiness for mandatory business trips.
