Ціль посади: Товариство Червоного Хреста України (ТЧХУ) оголошує конкурс на посаду Провідного фахівця з мобілізації ресурсів у міжрегіональний офіс в м. Одеса.

Наша мета — створити стійку та ефективну систему фандрейзингу в обласних і місцевих організаціях ТЧХУ для забезпечення стабільної підтримки гуманітарних програм. Ця роль є ключовою у розбудові сучасної та динамічної екосистеми мобілізації ресурсів, яка надає місцевим організаціям необхідні інструменти, методики та знання.

Як Провідний фахівець, ви будете надавати методичну та практичну підтримку у впровадженні інструментів фандрейзингу, сприяти налагодженню партнерств з місцевим бізнесом, консультувати з підготовки грантових заявок. Ви відповідатимете за розвиток регіональних стратегій мобілізації ресурсів, моніторинг ключових показників ефективності, аналіз результатів та підготовку рекомендацій для підвищення результативності.

Основні обов’язки:

• Підтримка розробки та реалізації фандрейзингових кампаній у співпраці з Національним комітетом та міжрегіональним офісом.
• Методична та практична допомога регіональним і місцевим організаціям у впровадженні сучасних інструментів фандрейзингу та мобілізації ресурсів.
• Пошук і залучення потенційних партнерів, включно з місцевим бізнесом, та супровід переговорів, підготовка матеріалів і пропозицій.
• Консультаційна підтримка у підготовці грантових заявок, включно з внутрішніми міні-грантами програми «Bravo».
• Розвиток та координація онлайн-фандрейзингу і роботи в соціальних мережах у співпраці з комунікаційним відділом.
• Розробка регіональних стратегій мобілізації ресурсів та планів дій з KPI, аналіз результатів і надання рекомендацій.
• Збір, аналіз і звітність щодо фандрейзингової діяльності у регіоні, моmonitoring of capacity building projects.
• Developing funding opportunities from institutional donors and conducting market research to find new sources of support.
• Cooperation with other departments and external partners to comprehensively strengthen the organization's capacity in the field of resource mobilization.

Additional duties:

• Prepare analytical materials, presentations and reports for the management of the TCHU on the progress of resource mobilization in the regions.
• Contribute to the development of fundraising culture at all levels of the organization - through informing, sharing success stories, implementing best practices.

General duties:

• Lead active work to achieve goals TCHHU.
• Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of management, social sciences, marketing, fundraising, project management or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of fundraising, resource mobilization, project management or organizational development. (or relevant experience in sales or marketing).
• Experience coordinating teams or infrastructure/educational projects.
• Experience working in a humanitarian/charity organization.
• Strategic thinking, systematic, ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate processes, debug partnerships.
• Experience in the preparation and implementation of training products is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data to evaluate effectiveness, form conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to coordinate the work of teams, facilitate processes and build effective communications.
• Deep understanding of modern approaches to fundraising, including individual donations, work with business, grantwriting and social entrepreneurship.
• Experience in writing grant applications and interacting with donors (state, private, international).
• Skills in public speaking and giving presentations.
• English - from level B1.
• Ukrainian - fluent.
• Excellent communication skills skills.
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Ability to cooperate with partners/contractors, local organizations.
• Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions at work is desirable.
• Ability to build trust.
