We are looking for a Content Writer/Editorwith strong experience and a willingness to be responsible for the high quality of texts in our courses, PDFs, videos and other text materials.

Your future tasks:

• Write and edit content: lessons, PDFs, video scripts, instructions.
• Work with various topics: psychology, health/weight loss, marketing, self-help, EdTech, fashion.
• Adapt the style to different formats: courses, social networks, YouTube, promos, slides.
• Improve the logic and structure of the content together with the team.
• Select and coordinate freelance writers, control the quality of their texts.
• Edit freelancers' texts so that they meet internal quality standards.
• Create content standards: templates, tone of voice, structures.
• Conduct content research: analyze topics, competitors, search for insights.
• Conduct QA before release.
• Work with AI: learn new tools, create prompts, templates, AI-guides.

Required skills:

3+ years of experience in English language writing and editing (courses, self-help, marketing directions).
• English - Advanced (with a sense of the language at the level of a native speaker).
• Experience of working in product companies or creative/content agencies in the roles of Content Writer / Editor, Course Writer, EdTech Writer, Creative Writer.
• Experience in working with various formats: content modules, PDF, video scripts.
• Experience in finding and coordinating the work of freelance writers: setting tasks, editing, quality control.
• The ability to write in depth and clearly seizurefluent, quickly learn new topics and maintain high quality content.
• Experience in creating Tone of Voice Guide, Content Style Guide, Structure Templates.
• Willingness to work in a test and iteration environment: A/B tests, rapid changes, experiments.
• Confident work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI).
• Experience with task managers (Jira, Notion, Asana).
