The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU) announces a competition for the position of Leading project management specialist (IT). positions: we invite to join our team a professional with experience in the implementation of ERP systems, who will help us create an effective digital infrastructure to help people who need it. Your knowledge and experience will be key in shaping the digital future of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine.
completion, ensuring the achievement of the project goal within the agreed budget and time constraints;Coordinating the plan with key stakeholders and the project team;
Selection and formation of the project team. Distribution of tasks and definition of roles in the team;
Constant monitoring of work progress in accordance with the plan;
Identifying possible risks and developing strategies for their management;
Ensuring regular reporting on the status of the project to stakeholders and management;
Effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders;

Higher education (IT, technical/economic or finance).
Experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory.
Experience managing the development and implementation of ERP and CRM in a cross-functional environment.
Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, as well as Jira, Google Docs.
Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of Agile methodology.
Knowledge of approaches to the description of functional requirements.
The level of English is Intermediate.
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines both independently and in a team.
High level of self-organization and time management.
Responsibility for the decisions made and the result.
