Main duties:

  • Conducting regular surveys to determine training and development needs.
  • Creating training and development plans depending on the category of employees.
  • Support of corporate training and development programs.
  • Organization of training: organization of purchases, search and involvement of trainers; organizing and conducting training events.
  • Development and implementation of initiatives aimed at the physical and psychological health of employees (for example: webinars on corporate well-being)
  • Keeping training records, in accordance with internal policies.
  • Maintaining internal communications, creating informational content for employees.
  • Planning and organizing corporate events, team building, holidays to strengthen the team spirit.
  • Point assistance to colleagues in other projects.
  • Tasks from the direct manager.

Additional duties:

  • Regular collection and analysis of feedback from employees for improvement of working conditions and working environment.

General duties:

  • Active work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross.
  • Follow the principles of the Red Cross movement and workyou in accordance with them.
  • Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education in the field of personnel management, business administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 years in a relevant field.
  • Experience in organizing trainings.
  • Experience in purchasing educational services.
  • Communication and presentation skills: for effective communication with different categories of employees.
  • Organizational abilities.
  • Resistance to stress.
  • Multitasking.
  • Creativity.
  • A confident PC user.
  • Strict observance of the confidentiality of personal data of employees.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
  • A command of the English language is desirable.
  • Cooperation and work in team.
  • The ability to make decisions is desirable.
  • Skills of cooperation with partners / contractors, local organizations.
  • The ability to apply non-standard / innovative solutions in work will be an advantage.
  • Ability to build trust.
