ZMINA announces a competition for the position of program director(s)

ZMINA Human Rights Center is looking for a program director(s) to join the team.

Coordinating the substantive activities of the organization in the context of integration with the EU of Ukraine

  • Strategy development and implementation for new and existing programs in accordance with the organization's mission and goals

  • Managing the process of fundraising and building partnerships

  • Preparation of high-quality descriptive interim and final reports jointly with project teams for donors in accordance with the established reporting schedules, as well as the preparation of information about the organization's activities to provide to interested parties to ensure the effectiveness and impact of the organization's activities

  • Evaluating the achieved project results, collecting information on qualitative and quantitative indicators, preparing analytical reports and recommendations based on the collected data

  • Management of teams responsible for the implementation of projects, including hiring and performance evaluation

  • Representing the interests of the organization, participating in meetings, events and maintaining relations with partners, donors, state authorities and international organizations, as well as other civil society organizations working in the field of human rights protection in Ukraine

  • Performing other tasks aimed at developing the organization and team potential

  • Requirements for potential candidate(s):

    • Higher education (preferably with specialization in the field of management, human rights or activities of public organizations)

    • Five years of previous work experience

    • Flawless knowledge of Ukrainian and English

    • Communicability, responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, initiative

    • Ability to work independently and in a team

    • Commitment to the values ​​of human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination

    • Ability to meet deadlines

    Additional benefits will be:

    Salary: salary will depend on the level and previous experience of the selected candidate and will be determined based on the results of the interview.
