Main duties:
- Management and coordination of the sales process in the retail network in the assigned territory;
- Managing the process of maintaining and monitoring the database of retail outlets in the territory;
- Expanding distribution and increasing the market share of the Company and its brands in the assigned territory;
- Controlling the reports of sales representatives, audit of reports;
- Working with problematic retailers, assisting sales representatives in negotiations in critical situations;
- Leading a team of sales representatives to ensure sales;
- Timely and high-quality planning, reporting and analysis of the distribution of AB InBev Efes brands and competitors in the area of responsibility;
- Setting goals for exclusive sales to representatives of the distributor on a monthly basis, as well as operational goals for the week, day;
- Constant work on finding reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of AB InBev Efes products. Cost optimization.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in economics / management / marketing;
- Work experience of at least 2 years in the field FMCG sales;
- Skills for working with a personal computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint programs;
- Category B driver's license, driving experience of at least 2 years;
- Analytical abilities, communication, flexibility;
