• have 5+ years of experience in the selection of Middle and TOP-level;

• you know how to work with demanding clients and understand the specifics of such requests;

• demonstrate systematic, structural, but at the same time flexible thinking;

• possess a high level of responsibility and ethics in working with candidates;
