Our logistics company is looking for an HR specialist who wants to learn, work with people and grow with the team. Experience is not required - we are ready to teach all the basics of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• assistance in personnel selection (line and office staff)

• posting vacancies and working with reviews

• initial communication with candidates

• organizing interviews

• keeping a database of candidates

• participation in the adaptation of new employees

• assistance in HR document flow

Requirements:

• work experience is not mandatory

• desire to develop in the field of HR

• communication and responsibility

• organization and attentiveness to details

• confident use of PC

• ability to work with people

Will be a plus (but not necessary):

• education in the field of personnel management / psychology

• experience of communicating with customers or staff

• understanding of basic HR-processes
