Adaptis - We innovate for Starlink. Our solutions enable communication where it matters most: from the frontline to international missions in 16 countries around the world. We are scaling up production, so we are looking for a recruiter to help us find "our" people.

Your tasks:

• Full cycle of recruiting, from creating a job profile to the moment of signing the offer.
• Search, screening, interviewing and cultural assessment fit".
• Advising department heads on the labor market and help in making final decisions.
• Organization of the first day of the newcomer and support during the adaptation.
• Maintenance of the database and tracking of the recruitment funnel.

You are our ideal candidate if:

1. You have experience in recruiting from 1 year.
2. You know how to "read between the lines" in a resume and see the candidate's potential.
3. You are genuinely interested in understanding technical and production niches.
4. Communication and responsibility are your strengths.

1. From UAH 40,000 (stable rate + transparent KPIs for closing vacancies).
