Our employee in this position:
- Responsible for implementing the principles of process management in agricultural production and monitoring the effectiveness of processes and provides support to participants at the development stages and project implementation
- Develops regulations, procedures, regulations and other regulatory documents for development projects, advises stakeholders on documentation
- Together with business process owners and managers, manages changes in development projects, including implementation monitoring, effectiveness of implemented changes, collection and pre-processing of feedback
- Participates in pilot testing of new business models and accompanies their implementation in operational activities.Participates in the development of educational materials, infographics, organization of training sessions and other group activities in the process of project implementation. - Basic understanding of agricultural business processes and their relationships
- Skills to develop and optimize business processes using management systems (BPM)
- Knowledge and practical application of change management methodologies including ADKAR, ACMP, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: MS Office Experience in managing cross-functional teams of more than 5 FTE
- Critical thinking, high level of communication skills and orientation to achieving results
