Merchandiser in AROMA BURO

About us:

AROMA BURO is the exclusive distributor in Ukraine of the most famous brands in the world of aroma design and care cosmetics. We represent: WoodWick, Yankee Candle, Millefiori Milano, Prija, Geodesis, Urban Apothecary, etc.

Our products can be found in our own online store, on the islands of comfort in the Kyiv shopping center, in the stores of our partners, including Silpo, Epicenter, Novus, Brocard, Rozetka, Makeup, as well as in beauty salons, flower shops, and more where else.

What does a merchandiser do:

1. Every day (Mon-Fri) visits about 5 points around the city. 
2. Controls the display of goods in partner outlets in accordance with the company's standards.
3. Monitors the availability and relevance of price tags and compliance with the approved terms of cooperation in retail outlets.
4. Places advertising materials.
5. Communicates with the administration of retail outlets (if the outlet is outside Kyiv, it communicates by phone).
6. Makes a photo report, which is placed in Google folders and chat in Telegram.

We really want to see from our merchandiser:

1. Work experience in a similar position. But consider even without experience: we can quickly learn everything.
2. Responsibility, mobility and sociability.
3. Availability of a smartphone (for reporting).

Stages of interviews:

1. Dating through zoom.
2. Communication in the office with the operations director and the director of personnel management.
