Leading project manager for PinchukArtCentre in EastOne

PinchukArtCentre has a vacancy for a Leading Project Manager.

Main functions:

Participation in the organization of PinchukArtCentre international exhibition projects;

Proactive day-to-day management of all operational aspects of PAC projects (mainly exhibition projects), control of deadlines and coordination of actions of all involved parties;

Preparation, application and control of project budgets;

Ensuring legal support of projects and minimizing risks (preparation and verification of contracts, interaction with lawyers and other involved parties);

Organization of installation and dismantling of exhibitions together with curators, technical and logistical team and contractors;

Communication with artists, studios and by third parties in close cooperation with internal teams of PinchukArtCentre.

Our wishes for the candidate:

Higher education;

Fluent command of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and written);

Experience of successful implementation of international projects (experience of cultural or artistic projects will be an advantage);

Confident command of MS Office;

Personal qualities: responsibility, sociability, proactivity, ability to work in multitasking conditions.
