Leading procurement specialist (person with disabilities)

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Display of operations using the program "Automation system with business process management" (SAP ERP): processing of applications, execution of acts, invoices and invoices according to the deadlines established by the accounting department.
• Purchasing in SAP (purchasing chains, closing of acts/primary documents, formation of payments: daily/weekly /month) forming a payment plan; receipt/write-off of goods and material values;
• Preparation of the technical task for the procurement tender, conclusion and support of the contract, collection of documents for contractor verification;
• Execution of orders and inventory reports;

• Keeping registers of contracts and invoice payments, etc.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Work experience specialist in procurement, accountant, economist;
• Ability to work with tables, numbers;
• Skills in working with document management;
• A confident PC user: MS Office, Word, Excel;
• Punctual, responsible, communicative;
