In touch with business development and team expansion, we invite to the HR department a Leading Personnel Manager, who will be responsible for the selection of experts and key specialists for the company's functional departments.

Main area of responsibility:

Search and attraction of specialists for:

• IT department

• Purchase department

• Customs direction

• Legal Department

• Finance Department

?? Your main responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from the creation of a job profile to the candidate going to work;

• Cooperation with heads of departments: removing requests, coordinating requirements, supporting selection;

• Searching for candidates through job sites, LinkedIn, professional communities and direct search;

• Conducting telephone and online interviews, organizing meetings with managers;

• Supporting candidates at the stage of offer, internship and adaptation;

• Participation in HR projects (structure, training, personnel development);

• Analytics and reporting on recruitment personnel.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (preferably: personnel management, psychology, management);

• Experience in recruiting (will be an advantage - selection of office, IT or expert positions);

• Sufficient command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written);

• Active use of job sites and other search channels;

• Practical skills in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

• Self-organization, analytical thinking, ability to argue solutions;

• Willingness to work in multitasking and team interaction mode.
