Who we are looking for:We are looking for a leader who can not only manage a team of experienced logisticians, but also implement the company's strategic goals for 2026. You will be responsible for the formation and implementation of the direction development strategy, ensuring smooth operation of processes and constant improvement of efficiency.

Your tasks:

1. Strategy, product and operational efficiency:

• Management of profitability: Ensuring the implementation of planned indicators of margin and profitability of the direction.

• Optimization of processes: Analysis and improvement of business processes in FCL/LCL departments to increase their efficiency and speed.

• Working with cost: Implementation solutions to reduce the cost of logistics services (cost reduction) without loss of service quality.

• Standardization (SOP): Development of new and updating of existing instructions for interaction between the sales department (Sales) and the operating unit.

• Management of the partner network: Constant monitoring of the market, search and onboarding of new contractors around the world (sea lines, local offices, freight forwarders in transshipment ports, warehouses, railway operators, road carriers).

• R&D of new products: Initiation and launch of new services (own consolidation of LCL, project oversized cargo, contra-rail transportation, Block Trains).

• Pricing: Participation in the formation of tariff policies and the preparation of complex commercial proposals.

2. Customer development (together with the Sales Dept):

• Development of existing customers: Expert sales support in expanding the range of services for current customers (Cross-selling: sea, air, auto, customs, warehouse).

• Communication and TK: Transformation of customer requests into clear technical tasks for operational managers (transmission of concise instructions).

• Reporting: Control of operational reporting in accounting systems (CRM, TMS, Excel).

3. Team management:

• Work organization: Planning workload, setting operational and strategic tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution.

• Motivation and development: Participation in the development of the motivation system, mentoring, organizing exchangesin experience within the team.

• Budgeting: Participation in the formation of the annual budget of the department (for 2026) and control of its implementation.

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience and expertise:

• Professional experience: Experience in the field of international logistics and forwarding (focus on Sea Freight FCL/LCL, multimodal transportation) from 3-5 years.

• Management experience: Successful team management or mentoring experience (Team Lead), ability to set tasks and control the result.

• Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the global sea transportation market, knowledge of key players (shipping lines, agents, port terminals). Understanding of the specifics of working with LCL operators and rail carriers.

• Hard Skills: Expert knowledge of TZS, Incoterms 2020, shipping documents (B/L, Sea Waybill, CMR, etc.) and customs procedures.

Language skills:

• English language: Level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Mandatory skill in conducting negotiations with foreign partners (freight agents, lines) and business correspondence.

Competencies and personal qualities:

• Process thinking: Ability to see "bottlenecks" in processes and propose solutions for their optimization.

• Vendor Management: Skills of finding and checking the reliability of new counterparties abroad.

• Commercial thinking: Understanding the cost structure of transportation and the ability to work with margins.

• IT literacy: Confident user of MS Office (Excel, pivot tables), experience in CRM and TMS systems.

Will advantage:

• Experience in launching new logistics products (for example, own LCL assembly lines, Block Trains).

• Developed agent/partner contact base in key regions (China, USA, Europe).
