FAVBET Tech does not organize or conduct gambling on its platform. Her main focus is software development.

Experience and technical skills:
- Work experience is desirable, but we will consider talented starters with relevant schools
- Diagnostic and office maintenance skills equipment (computers, smartphones, printers, etc.)
—Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu)
—Understanding the principles of network operation (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and basic skills in working with equipment (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, SCS)
—Skills in modular repair of equipment (replacement of components, cleaning)

Desirable (will be an advantage):
—Skills of independent search for solutions to complex problems (troubleshooting)
—Experience in Linux, MacOS, Windows Server administration
—Understanding of Active Directory (user creation, access rights), DHCP, DNS, RDP
- Familiarity with virtualization systems (Proxmox, KVM, ESXi)

Main duties:
- Technical support for users: solving problems with PCs, laptops (Ubuntu/macOS), peripherals and software.
—Maintenance of workplaces and office equipment: setting up new computers, troubleshooting, connecting printers, scanners, and TPMS.
—Basic network support: connection diagnostics (LAN/Wi-Fi), installation and switching of cable networks (passive equipment).
—Accounting and documentation: maintaining equipment inventory, updating the knowledge base and instructions for users.
—Participation in setting up servers, monitoring backups, performing scheduled routine work.
