Functional responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of the reporting regions (from setting to control the execution/performance of plans and business indicators)
• customer inquiries at the Credit Committees, communication with various bank services in the process of reconciliation and customer service of the reporting regions
• Meetings with key customers, including business trips
• Participation in the development/optimization of the bank's internal processes

Requirements for candidates:

• higher economic education (preferably in the direction of "Banking", "Finance", "Management"),
• work experience in this direction for at least 2 years, have experience in managerial positions - at least 1 year (for the position of head of department),   
• possession of modern computer technology within the framework of the user,
• knowledge of laws and other regulatory acts of Ukraine, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding banking customer service,
• proficiency in English (not lower than the Upper Intermediate level).
