Main tasks:

• Compilation of draft investment programs and changes to them in the part of the Southern TUOM.
• Formation of supporting materials for the defense of the investment program in the NKRECP.
• Compilation of monthly financing plans in accordance with the approved investment program in part of the Southern TUOM.
