Leading engineer for process standardization and optimization (telecom network) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position:

Ensuring development and compliance with regulatory and technical documentation on processes and procedures regarding methods and means of design, construction and technical operation of telecommunication networks as a whole, individual telecommunication objects entities and their components. Methodological support of the business continuity management system (BCM) and support of the management process of the Company's critical infrastructure objects (CIC)

Main functional responsibilities:

< li>As a member of working groups and a coordinator, he participates in the development of draft regulatory documents (standards) on engineering solutions, process regulations with requirements for technical processes, technical activity management processes, cross-functional interaction with other structural divisions of the Company.   
• Provides methodological and advisory support, coordinates the development of normative documents (standards) on engineering solutions, TD process regulations and service quality management.  
• Evaluates compliance of TD processes with process regulations, recommendations of international eTOM standards, ITIL, etc.  
• Develops projects of KPIs, metrics and key performance indicators of TD processes for their application in process regulation. 
• Identifies potential risks that may affect the continuity of telecommunication networks. 
• Participates in the development of regulatory documents of the National Security Service, implemented audit recommendations
• Analyzes the impact of risk factors on telecommunications equipment and identifies those that may have a significant impact on internal processes and technologies of TD  
• Participates in the Working Group on Management of Critical Infrastructure Objects (CIM).  
• Calculates criticality levels of potential OKIs.  
• Participates in creating OKI safety passports.    

Qualification requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical, legal, business management
• Work experience of at least 3 years in electronic communications, IT enterprises; in contracting organizations in a technical function; state administration. 
• Experience in developing standards and processes. 
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications business, knowledge of all fixed and mobile services. Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts in the field of telecommunications and construction of communication networks. 
• Knowledge of the eTOM Framework, international standards for business continuity management, national legislation on the protection of critical infrastructure is desirable.
• Experienced user of MS Office 365. Preferably user of MS Project, Casewise.
• English language – the ability to read and write freely, prepare presentations. English spoken is preferred.
